Shipping Policy

This policy explains how orders from our current catalog are prepared and delivered within the destinations offered at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders normally require 1–2 business days for processing. After dispatch, the estimated transit window is 2–4 business days. That window is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date, and carrier, weather, holiday, access, or address issues can extend it.

Shipping charges and order details

Any free-shipping eligibility is determined and displayed at checkout. Customers must provide a complete name, street address, unit number when applicable, and reachable contact details. We cannot promise a correction after fulfillment begins.

Tracking and delivery concerns

Tracking is sent when available. A delayed scan does not always mean a parcel is lost. For a missing, carrier-marked delivered, damaged, or visibly tampered parcel, contact us promptly with the order number and photographs of the package and item when relevant. We will review carrier records and available remedies, but replacement or refund is not automatic.

Limits

We may restrict destinations, quantities, or products because of carrier rules, safety requirements, or local limitations. Risk and remedies remain subject to applicable law and the other policies on this website.
